Tellfront Nonstop Line
Every call answered. Emergencies flagged first.
We set up a line that answers every call in your company's name, follows your emergency rules and logs each call as a job. You forward your number. It stays yours.
On the demo we set the line up as your company, and you call it.
Line This is Oakline Property Management's maintenance line. I'm an automated assistant, and this call is recorded. How can I help?
Caller There's water coming through the ceiling in 4B.
Line I'm logging this as an emergency for the on-call team now. Is the water still coming in, and can you reach the shut-off valve safely?

How it works
-
We set it up from your rules
Send us your emergency list or resident handbook. We write the line's rules from it: what counts as an emergency, what can wait until morning, and who is on call.
-
You forward your number
Calls forward to the line around the clock or only after hours. Your number stays yours, and you can switch forwarding off at any time.
-
Every call becomes a job
Each call is answered as your company and logged with the caller, the address, what happened and the full transcript. Emergencies are flagged for your on-call team.
For property managers
Maintenance calls don't stop at five.
A burst pipe at 2 a.m. and a dripping tap at 2 a.m. need different answers. The line knows which is which, by your rules, and every tenant gets an answer instead of a voicemail.
- Answers maintenance calls day and night in your company's name.
- Tells a real emergency from a routine request, using your own list.
- Logs a maintenance request for every call, with the unit and the transcript.
- Flags emergencies for your on-call team; routine requests wait for the morning.
- Speaks with tenants in English, Spanish or French, following the caller.
What it never does
Money. Legal. Safety.
Always a person.
- It never approves spending, or promises refunds or credits.
- It never quotes prices or arrival times.
- It never discusses rent, evictions, legal matters or insurance coverage.
- It never handles danger alone: for gas, fire, smoke or anyone at risk, it tells the caller to call 911 first.
Callers always know
Callers always know
“This is {your company}'s line. I'm an automated assistant, and this call is recorded.”
Every call opens this way, before anything else, so nobody is misled about who they are talking to.
